2021 → West Coast University & Chartwell Real Estate Development
During my time at West Coast University (WCU) and Chartwell Real Estate Development (CRED), I crafted digital and physical user experiences. At WCU, I led user experince on numerous projects, most notably the redesign of their application. At CRED, I conducted a large user research study in collaboration with the CEO, architects, structural engineers, general contractors, and several other stakeholders to reimagine the physical space and experience of the Balboa Fun Zone, a historic amusement park in Newport Beach open since 1936.

2017 → Bleacher Report
On the Product Design team at Bleacher Report, I designed mobile app experiences for communities, comments, onboarding, revenue, and video, amongst many others. We conducted several user research studies and usability tests, both online and in person, to test our prototypes. As the Design Lead of the Communities pod, we created a “place” for fans of the same team to share, celebrate, and debate together. Today, Bleacher Report now has communities for every major league team. Hired as the first female hire on the product design team and was later elected to two leadership positions for the Bleacher Report Women’s Network.

2012 → University of Washington
Successfully applied to the competitive BDes program at the University of Washington, where I graduated with a focus on Interaction Design. The University of Washington's Bachelor of Design (BDes) seeks to advance the design field through research, practice, and education, offering a bachelor's degree specifically in design, setting it apart from traditional degrees in art or science. The Interaction Design program equips students with the skills to define the structure and behavior of interactive products and services, fostering the creation of compelling relationships between users and various interactive systems.
